Where will The Kensington Heights be situated?

The Kensington Heights is located at the newly built Kumasi International Airport. This is the most sought after location in Kumasi. It is part of the Airport City Kumasi development which is a gated community.

What is the size of the land?

The land size of the Airport City Kumasi is over 55 acres with  The Kensington Heights sitting on just over an acre. The community boasts of parks, sporting facilities and other amenities that offers the resident a wholesome lifestyle.

When does construction begin?

We have already started land preparation and construction will begin in September  2023.

How many units does The Kensington Heights have?

The Kensington is two blocks with each block having 199 units. This is made up of Suites, Executives Suites, 1 bedroom Apartments, 2 and 3 Bedroom Penthouses.

Number of floors?

11 floors with rooftop swimming pool and terrace on top floor. There are 2 floors of underground parking for residents.

Will there be a monthly service charge?

Yes, however the rate will depend on the type of unit you buy. Each apartment is required to pay a sum each month as service charge to be used for the upkeep and maintenance of The Kensington Heights and its communal areas. 

Can I buy with another person?

Yes, you can. There can be multiple transferees or grantees to a sales agreement or a Sublease.

Can I buy it as a company?

Yes. A company is a legal person and can acquire property. 

You will be required to provide the company’s constitutional documents, particularly Form 4 and/or Form 3 setting out its directorship and ownership, and the company’s regulations.

What are the payment terms?

We have two payment options. Buyers can select either our cash payment plan options or buy via mortgage. Kindly see details  below.

If I want to buy it for investment purposes (AirBnB), can you help?

Yes – our property management team will offer a hands off investment structure.

Does the development have car parking facilities?

Yes the development comes with underground car parking.

Does the development have security?

There will be 24 hrs security guards on site. There will also be CCTV cameras positioned at vantage points. This is considered the most secured location due to its close proximity to International Airport.

Does the development have broadband?

Internet network ports will be made available in every apartment.

How can I send payment if I am abroad?

Payments can be made by making deposits into our  Banks in Ghana or via wire transfer. 

Do I have to be a Ghanaian citizen to buy or get a mortgage?

You do not have to be a Ghanaian citizen to buy, however most of the banks in Ghana offer mortgage services to Ghanaians only.

What currency can I make my payment in?

We accept payments in USD, Pounds and Ghana Cedis at the prevailing exchange rate. 

Does the development have standby power?

Yes there will be an automatic standby power system.

Will each apartment come with its own meter for both electricity and water?

Yes each unit will be self metered for both electricity and water.
